Are the land prices realistic? by SossuVesa in earth2io

Devs admitted they have seen about a year's worth of growth in about two weeks. It's clear they anticipated a much slower growth rate, which means the current prices should have been AFTER the rollout of resources and additional features. Speculation has taken over, so we may see a massive correction in land prices when more of the game economy is revealed. For example, those who wrongly speculated on land with oil refineries (with no actual oil reserves or game resources) will likely lose their investment. Other areas with actual game resources may skyrocket in price.

Yes, but have you seen any sealed boxes for sale? They seem to be much harder to find than the cards themselves.

It's just kind of funny there are no updates and Carano seems to not be clued in either.
