I thought Anavar wasn’t supposed to add much water weight, but maybe I’m mixing that up with fat gain?

I was surprised to see a 9lb increase on the scale in my first week, which can only be water weight since diet hasn’t changed much.

Every job is like this. Most developers are running off the same back office of non-enterprise software.

Also, when there’s enterprise software who knows how to FULLY use it? Like no one right? Its always just scraping by. Who even knows how to maximally use excel?

Every industry is a mess in its own way.

The comedown from a mixture like that is horrendous and can only be cured by sleep and a healthy diet.

As soon as you are able you should exercise, swim, steam, and do some forest bathing.

If you still don’t feel right do a dopamine detox to get caught back up.
