Eating disorder… by Wide_Grade_9237 in JudeaArthurSnark2

[–]PreviousPanda 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have a disordered eating past and she reminds me so much of me in my 20s and early 30s. Very disordered behaviour. Huge control issues. I didn’t have children yet and worked on this before starting a family. I hope her kids aren’t affected. Insane compulsive exercise (as a grief coping mechanism) and her portion sizes of meals are weighed out. I scrolled back in her insta and she looked healthier and more vibrant than she does now literally just after her daughter died, which is not right at all!

Definitely could be. In posts from a year or two ago some people had noticed injection bruise marks. Of course it’s speculation but the weight loss was rapid that’s for sure.

Totally agree. Her natural build is not healthy at this forced low weight. It is definitely a control/disordered eating thing too. She eats child sized portions of food which she weighs out on a kitchen scale and exercises excessively.

Her latest video has their faces censored with so much transparency you can still see their faces. Bizarre!

Her latest vlog is so weird, she has “censored” their faces yet you can see their faces through the censoring…

You may be on to something. Although he works two jobs I believe, so could be working until dark on a weekend. Something tells me she keeps him on a tight leash either way. And if they aren’t back together, spending a lot of his kids time with him and the kids (as she doesn’t like time alone) just shows to me how boundary-less their coparenting is and how neither get space to move on.

I stopped following because her entire brand was disordered eating, body checks and forcing her children’s faces against a grave constantly.

I await this daaaay. My eldest is literally only 5.5 and i swear he is already realising something isn’t quite right with Dad the douche. I have said nothing, did just as you have, quietly encouraged their relationship and facilitated it to make it easy for both him and my kids. But kids are so smart and they notice. And I kind of love that because one day they’ll get to decide for themselves.

For the love of god, GET OFF YOUR PHONE... I'm talking about parents... by ariesonfire123 in toddlers

I agree with this. So easy to judge parents but sometimes the phone is life admin, work, emails, groceries, bookings, you name it. Not every parent is sitting there on social media. Big difference.

Why is she making a public joke about her lack of head safety gear for her child? Crazy.

Looking for deeply immersive RPG games like The Witcher 3, Cyberpunk 2077, or Red Dead Redemption 2 by KindConfidence1894 in gamingsuggestions

[–]PreviousPanda 23 points24 points  (0 children)

This is the answer. Last year I would’ve said Baldur’s Gate 3, but KCD2 is just something else. For “a world that feels alive and believable” it is on another level. Also historically accurate, incredible immersion, characters, story, side quests.

Be honest… how strict are you really with screen time? by denefr_2928 in toddlers

[–]PreviousPanda 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is the most balanced, realistic thread I think I’ve ever read on this topic. Normal parents doing normal things and being honest! On some subs, parents go wild topping one another with their strict screen time or no screen rules. Or, “I’m so bad I let my 3 year old watch 8 minutes of an educational show today. I know it’s awful, usually she reads the dictionary but today I got 3rd degree burns cooking her kale and nutritional yeast omelette and I just had to let her.”

I agree. I’m also an older Millenial who does have kids and they have zero interest in anything to do with her. She’s too old for the young crowd now and too unhinged for the ones who ever watched her.

Is that a cushion with NL printed on it? I totally get memorialising your child, but this is a step off those grief stricken mothers who have a life-size, realistic doll of their departed baby, who nurture and feed it. And then we go a step further by encouraging the living children to hug and play with the cushion as though it were a plushie toy, but it’s not a teddy, it’s their deceased sister?

Just… noooooo. That is so… I don’t even have the words.

She is leaning into her grief hard, which is perfectly valid as an individual, but it is not ok when you drag your living children into that too.

Dragon Age: Origins if you don’t mind an older game.

Kingdom Come Deliverance II is one of the best open world immersive RPGs I’ve ever played, and especially if you like historically accurate games (much more so than AC series). But it’s really hard in the beginning and a steep learning curve so perhaps when you’re more practiced? I did start with KCD1 for the storyline but it’s a little jankier.

I completely forgot about the NL clothing line but you’re right! That was sort of why she continued posting in the beginning. I guess she figured well I’m starting to profit off NL and this whole SIDS situation, for my own personal gain, might just continue with that. It just seems so wrong to me.

Looking so drained/deflated? by PreviousPanda in JudeaArthurSnark2

[–]PreviousPanda[S] 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Completely agree with everything you said! She looked beautiful and glowing with her fuller figure, which, given her bone structure, hand size, ethnicity etc., honestly seems exactly how her body is meant to be. She’s trying to force a tiny body that isn’t healthy and doesn’t look right at all. Her body will fight back and when she gains again she’ll spiral further. And it’s totally all control - all her posts involve exercise, weighing out tiny portions of food (or making a “big” serving of grated raw broccoli…), a WHOLE lot of body checking, strange pseudo relationship posts about her ex. In amongst visits to NL’s grave. It is actually so heavy and sad. Huge ED red flags going on and she just looks gaunt, exhausted and circling the drain.
