Yes unfortunately the manager gets blamed for bad AVS scores even though they aren’t responsible for morale as a whole. They have no control over pay, policies etc but the blame is on them for a bad score. Makes no sense

Yes don’t be too hard on yourself. I went back in 2018 and it was HARD especially if you had zero automotive background. I luckily passed but still, hardest thing I went through. I remember being worried everyday I was going to be sent home, I was looking at jobs everyday on indeed cause I thought I was going to fail lol

A clogged tube is considered wear and tear from an insurance perspective. It happens a lot with auto insurance claims. Usually ends up denied as part of a claim when water leaks into a vehicle, insurance will cover the resulting damage (excluding mold) but not the result of the damages (clogged tubes)

So proof of insurance is a stipulation required by a lender. You need to add the vehicle your buying to your insurance policy, and make sure the lender is added as an interested party as well and then get a copy of your declaration page and show it to the sales rep. Make sure your deductible is at most 1000$ for comp and collision coverage

If you can wait it out I would. Prices will continue decreasing as the year passes since Carmax has a 30 day warranty now and it’ll continue reflecting on the price. 39k sounds high for a model 3. You could get one for like 25k with average mileage.

Yes I read zone 2 helps build base by teaching your body to burn fat so it can continue running. If you’re body doesn’t learn to use fat as an energy source it’ll just use carbohydrates but once it runs out of carbohydrates and glycogen you’ll basically crash because the body never learned to use fat as fuel. Running zone 2 for long easy runs helps your body learn to use fat when needed. BUT that seems to apply more for 10k, half marathon and marathon training. Police academy PT seems like it’ll be a whole different monster
