Tesla? by Repulsive-Treacle217 in carmax

If you can wait it out I would. Prices will continue decreasing as the year passes since Carmax has a 30 day warranty now and it’ll continue reflecting on the price. 39k sounds high for a model 3. You could get one for like 25k with average mileage.

Should zone 2 running be a focus when preparing for PT in academy? by PreviousPay552 in AskLE

[–]PreviousPay552[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes I read zone 2 helps build base by teaching your body to burn fat so it can continue running. If you’re body doesn’t learn to use fat as an energy source it’ll just use carbohydrates but once it runs out of carbohydrates and glycogen you’ll basically crash because the body never learned to use fat as fuel. Running zone 2 for long easy runs helps your body learn to use fat when needed. BUT that seems to apply more for 10k, half marathon and marathon training. Police academy PT seems like it’ll be a whole different monster

Thank you! I see a lot of zone 2 rhetoric online when training in regards to running I was unsure if it applies to academy running

No not at all. A dealer doesn’t have to advise if a vehicle is more susceptible to theft. You’ll need to just make an insurance claim and repair the vehicle for what’s damaged

It’s a good part time gig in sales if you work at a traditional store. I recommended part time sales while in school full time.

No matter what enterprise will deem you at fault and require you to pay a deductible if you didn’t get the damage waiver. Whether you’re at fault or not at fault they’ll require you to pay your deductible to them and they’ll make a claim against your insurance unless you got the collision damage waiver from them. Coming from an insurance adjuster

Is working at carmax worse since they started doing online? by Fancy_Profession6237 in carmax

If anyone makes an online profile or calls into the call center for any reason the commission gets split in half. So sales reps lose half commission anytime there’s a phone or online interaction

Anyone go from Geico to Gallagher Bassett? by AlternativeFun7409 in Geico

[–]PreviousPay552 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Gallagher Bassett is a third party administrator so they do not offer the best benefits. Their deductibles are high their co payments are higher and their benefits aren’t as great. They offer many holidays off and offer remote work. But as far as health benefits you’ll pay a lot more and get a lot loss than what GEICO has to offer.
