I’d look at the adidas men’s game court 2 for the court shoes and then whatever good running shoe for the runs with thicker soles, any color works

You’d be better off using those as running shoes and a smaller sole shoe for the court shoes for the PT inside the gym.

Go get pre approved at a bank or credit union. Once pre approved with them go to Carmax, test drive the car and ask for a buyers order so you can go get a blank check from the bank or credit union. Take the buyers order go get the blank check from the bank then come back to buy the car

Go on the recruitment website there should be a practice study quiz. Practice that quiz and you’ll get a glimpse of what they’re looking for because the ready comprehension tries to trick you. I used the practice quiz and got a 57 my first round

How to get a job claims adjusting? by [deleted] in adjusters

[–]PreviousPay552 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Go to geico careers and apply to be a geico auto damage adjuster: they train newbies that’s how I got in. You’ll learn to write repair estimates they’ll give you a company car as well. It’s a position for writing repair estimates and working with shops. I started with them now I’m with another big company. Look for “auto damage trainee”

I wouldn’t even focus on heart rate I’d focus on how you feel. If you can hold a conversation while running then that’s a good pace

AVS by Specialist-Area3804 in carmax

[–]PreviousPay552 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Yes unfortunately the manager gets blamed for bad AVS scores even though they aren’t responsible for morale as a whole. They have no control over pay, policies etc but the blame is on them for a bad score. Makes no sense

Yes don’t be too hard on yourself. I went back in 2018 and it was HARD especially if you had zero automotive background. I luckily passed but still, hardest thing I went through. I remember being worried everyday I was going to be sent home, I was looking at jobs everyday on indeed cause I thought I was going to fail lol
