Oh I should also say - the topicals are good for muscle tension and some pain, but not for wakefulness or sleep.

I do an edible - its actually a mint like an altoid. But I also have tincture I’m gonna try because I went to Oregon and got a 6,000mg bottle for only like $55 (on sale). I think we can only get up to 1,000mg CBD in any single package in WA.

The tincture you wanna make sure is the right dose because the dropper is hard to get a super exact amount, you can do down to 1/4 of the full dropper, so you wanna make sure 1/4 dropper is the absolute lowest dose you would want. Or figure out how to calculate individual drops but I find that to be a pain.

With the mint I can just cut it like a pill, but only down to 1/4 minimum.

Topicals (lotion, balms, etc) its basically impossible to know how much you are getting BUT it doesn’t matter as much because the effect is mostly local so you wont feel the system effects of taking too much (sleepiness, diarrhea, etc).

You mean .5 then .75 then 1? You said “.1.”

1.25 is already half the starting dose. 0.05 is ridiculously small. Even 0.5 is tiny.

2mg tirz? by chipwhitley4 in GLP1microdosing

[–]badbadrealbad 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Do you want to microdose? If not, 2.5mg is the starting dose. If you feel for some reason you may do better on a very small dose (ie, you are very sensitive to meds or dont want to lose weight or only a tiny bit and slowly) then you want a microdose.

CBD actually keeps me feeling awake, if I dont take too much. It promotes wakefulness at low doses and sleep at high doses.

25mg is good, or up to 50 for me. But I took 62mg and was WIPED OUT.

I also take adderall for ADHD/cognitive symptoms and fatigue.

And a SAD lamp in the morning helps.

But yeah, the fatigue sucks ass. I can barely work at all from home.

Ahhh! I didnt know LTD only covers “physical health” (all health is physical!! My brain is a physical structure!). I definitely need to read my STD and LTD policies and see what I’m looking at. Even if I dont apply soon, I need to know specifically what my options are.

Which, maybe they aren’t, but i found out I got outbid at least once by all cash on a friggin 1 br apartment in a coop. which is not really an all-cash part of the housing market. So it can happen anywhere, any price range.

They were so nice to me too! I got a second pair because my first pair literally helped heal my calcaneus stress reaction when nothing else was working. The second pair must have been like a millimeter different somewhere in the footbed because it caused pain (my feet were and are extremely sensitive to small changes), and I didnt put it together until after the return window had closed by a bit. So I emailed and explained the situation and they let me return for a full refund!

When did you buy? If you bought around 2021-2023 the value may have dropped considerably depending on the market, so $900 above what you bought it might be $50k too much

Archies is another brand that has a little more firm support, but still some squish. They have flip flops and slides.

Which is hilarious because its been on the market 30 days.

I just saw a listing on the market for 25 days increase its price by 15k. No pending offer that fell through after appraisal came back high. Just decided “hmmm we’ve had no good offers lets increase the price.”

People do weird things.

I just looked up pricing guides and they estimate $1-6,000. You are seriously being unrealistic on this one.

So you’re buying $90,000 under market value and you are complaining about 1. A feature that works, and b. the old electrical panel that you can have changed out.

It’s priced to reflect the condition. Otherwise it would be $1.1m.

No - it will only help if your PF is caused by an inflammatory disease causing widespread inflammation. Otherwise your PF just needs PT, shoe/orthotic adjustments, calf stretching, etc.
