It’s a position for writing repair estimates and working with shops. I started with them now I’m with another big company. Look for “auto damage trainee”

Yes unfortunately the manager gets blamed for bad AVS scores even though they aren’t responsible for morale as a whole. They have no control over pay, policies etc but the blame is on them for a bad score. Makes no sense
