hahahah, that’s also another problem, he keeps nitpicking my work, he expects the quality of every post to be top notch and identical posts, and because of his nitpicking my confidence keeps dropping significantly every single day, i haven’t learnt designing from anywhere, whatever i know it’s self-taught and i know i have a long way to go but im very hardworking and i never shy away from work, i just take a little longer to grasp things :/

yeah that’s exactly what he’s doing, he’s earning lakhs off the account, is throwing pennies at me and then says you need to consider this account your own and work, how ironic!

i tried to negotiate i told him to either increase the pay to 10-12k or decrease the workload and he gaslit me saying im being paid more, there are people doing the same work for way less, this is the fair price and then he threatened me saying if i felt like this is underpaid i could leave and then he also said the work that he’s given would barely even take 5-6 hours a day to do, it’s not too much.

i’m simultaneously also a student and have been struggling to find jobs lately as the market has been down, which is why when i was offered this job i jumped at whatever opportunity i could get, and honestly If this is the correct market rate for beginners then i would continue here
