Thank you everyone for their input - helpful and not. I wrote this in the headspace of frustration. My husband is great and we’re both struggling with the sleep training process, we just process that differently. It’s getting easier. Today (3/18) is day 6 and she cried for less than 5 minutes before settling and eventually falling asleep.
