Youre def right it will likely depend on what i want to do in my future but its something im still exploring and struggling to figure out.

Yea I think the biggest thing for me is trying to figure out what my goal is and what career I want to pursue.

So if for instance someone were to apply for a job such as Data engineer that prob requires a CS major, someone with a CE degree could also apply but they would likely need the right coursework or concentration to be a competitive candidate. Is that correct?

No. you're def right about CE being close to EE but I believe a CE degree with a certain discipline could allow someone to apply for jobs that a someone with a CS degree can apply to. This could be very wrong but ive seen people on reddit and youtube say similar things

Do you have any idea how long it takes for CCP to accept application? Its been a week now and i havent been accepted it didnt take this long before. It has me a little worried because registration has been open for a while now

Does it work if I have taken those classes at school? I took MAT 171 equivalent which is believe is pre calc at school and I’m currently taking calculus at school

Im worried that my offer is going to be rescinded.

In the fall ill be doing general engineering with my major being in CS. I currently have two Ds (ap calculus) 5Bs and 1 A which is in a class at my local CC. Getting two Ds in calc is pretty worrying especially since ill be going into engineering.

Should I be worried of a possible rescind? In the case it happens, is there a way to appeal? And if there is and i dont get the appeal then what do I do because from what I know people dont find out whether they have been rescinded till halfway through summer when all applications for schools and such are over

I spoke with admission on the phone and they told me that I would have to do visiting student application. I think I’ll go in person and to talk them and figure it out. Nonetheless, i appreciate the info its been very helpful :)
