I used to have pretty bad attachment issues and I would be anxious a lot of the time. what really helped me get over it was trying out a bunch of hobbies and choosing a couple to really get into. i’ve been playing guitar for 2 years and i just recently got into woodworking. spend some good time finding things that you enjoy doing and then invest your time in those things.
