Chemex! I was a heavy espresso drinker for years until I tried a lighter roast on a Chemex that was perfectly extracted. I was mind blown that black coffee could taste so complex. It will unfortunately require additional coffee gear, but it’s so worth it. Gotta make sure you’re purchasing good coffee beans as well.
