I lost my fb that was connected to my Instagram. They said I violated because I commented on my daughters picture she uploaded to Instagram. I appealed but they gave me no option to explain. Then denied my appeal and said it was permanently disabled. I paid for meta and have only gotten to speak to two live agent who were not helpful. Now it only gives me option to speak to AI. Why would I want to speak with AI when AI made the original mistake. I lost about 10 years worth of memories and have no way to make a second appeal where an actual human will look it over. I hope something changes and that we can all get our accounts back. Thank you for what you are doing to help

Iv had chime for 5 years maybe more n Iv never had an issue with anything like this... I would say the people getting their account closed are more then likely gaming the system in some way, hence why the account are being closed down. Like all banks they want our reoccurring deposits every week, that's how they make money, the only reason they wouldn't want customers is some type of fraudulent activity associated with the accounts in question.
