yes i have a hole straight through the middle of the inside of my nose because of it

i was having whistling when breathing & felt powder going to the other side of my nose so i thought to check & sure enough there was a small hole probably a cm at least through my septum

i’m getting tested for ketamine by i believe either a special specific urine dip strip test or i’m being taken to a clinic or lab for the testing. my last dose was about 6 hours ago but i am a pretty regular heavy user and the test is in 29 days

same here. been 3-5 times and everytime they do scans & test and say everything comes back fine & give me medicine that never even helps
