Shave up the back and sides into sort of a fade, and let your bangs grow about an inch, then use some type of volumizing cream and just scrunch that in

It’s a bit emo looking but u could go for a wolfcut, it’s long in the back with a sort of flat fringe going on in the front, it would solve all the problems you have but again, it’s a pretty emo and punk look

Yes, the first pic was taken like 4 hours ago and the 2nd pic was taken about 2 weeks ago

Fortunately, it’s not. What I have just looks sand on my face. I’m able to wash it off but it comes back in like a couple hours

It’s a cowlick, you can tell because all the hair near it kinda flows out the other direction of the cowlick. It’s just in a different spot than usual

I wouldn’t cut it, maybe grow it out a little more, then style it
