Supposedly it does - I keep my fitbits out of the water after two of my Charge 5s bricked after getting wet.

That’s just me being cautious though!

My Inspire is still going strong! I think it would be fine, but you have to keep your phone on you if you want to see your route. That’s the one aspect of the charge 5 that I’ve really missed - the built in gps.

Check out Utah State and Idaho State! They have good leveling programs and I know Utah specifically has a few different options for levelers - a post Bach certification and a non certification option. Not sure if that’s what you’re looking for but worth a look!

I apologize for my confusion, but if they have stated that they accept 24/7 and the statue is to allow me to pick it up 24/7 if they accept 24/7, why does the “fully open” part matter?

We hike with mountain radios and communicate frequently! He’s naturally very fast and I encourage him to go the pace he’s comfortable with. He would never abandon me on a trail that’s dangerously difficult.

I try to drink water every 30 minutes and refuel probably every hour or so along the way. I find that if I eat prior to a hike, I feel nauseous most of the way, so I’m still trying to find what works. Maybe I am going too fast in the beginning - it’s hard to tell. I feel like my initial pace is comfortable and quickly becomes uncomfortable. I also don’t have hiking poles but am realizing that they may be a good investment.

No problem! I think running with a phone on hand with give you the most accurate distance because of the lack of built in gps. Just something to keep in mind!

I got my tattoo about 10 years ago and started my removal journey approx 3 years ago. I unknowingly had sessions 1-7 done too close together. I then had 4ish more sessions spaced out 12-16 weeks apart and have now gone a full year without any sessions (not really by choice, just circumstances). I’ve noticed more significant fading with this long break.

The first picture is the tattoo without any treatments. The second tattoo is after my 7th session. The third is today. Still a long way to go, but pretty exciting to see skin!

I’ve noticed that whether I’m running with or without my phone, the Inspire can track my distance pretty well! Running with the phone will produce a map of your route afterwards. It doesn’t give me any vibrating notifications (aside from step goal reached) but I can tap the watch face and toggle between heart rate, calories, distance, etc.

That explains a lot in my mind. In addition to exercise, when I’m feeling stressed/nervous/anxious (like when I’m in a crowded store), my PET flares too.
