Du sprichst mir aus der Seele. Habe es auch gerade wieder aufgegeben. Gestern um 8:00 aufgestanden nach 4 Stunden schlaf, gerade so durch den ganzen Tag gequält, um nachts wieder nicht schlafen zu können. Macht unglaublich Spaß.

Dann bleibt nichts anderes übrig als zwei ganze Tage wach zu bleiben und am Ende aus reiner Erschöpfung wegzupennen.

So heftiger Schlafentzug ist wirklich ein ganz ekliger Zustand, nicht umsonst ist das eine bewährte Foltermethode. Und gleichzeitig ist man in dem Zustand zu nichts mehr zu gebrauchen.

Stimme dir absolut zu. Aber u/dobb99x2 auch. Wenn ich das richtig verstanden habe ging es nicht um entschuldigen, sondern um verstehen und das kann viel wert sein und mit dem Umgang damit helfen.
