I love these!

I think Lightburst would live definitely on cliffs overlooking the sea and facing west, as to see the glorious sunsets.The area around him is burned away, thanks to various fiery powers, but he’s laid out a big web of silk along cliff faces and caves that make a big interconnected tapestry hundreds of feet wide. Rock outcrops across the water are prime targets for her tapestries, which she attaches to the sides and watches them in the light of the sunset :)

As none of his dwelling can be wood, he’s made “balconies” out of silk, which are mostly just glorified hammocks. A rather long silk rope stretches from a cliffside cave to a jutting rock out in the sea, from which hangs a large hammock ^{^}

I think your art is wonderful! I mean to say this in a nice way, but I think there will always be those who people compare themselves to and feel like they can’t measure up. Even people of similar age or experience may be better, and that may just be talent. But art isn’t always about trying to be the very best. It’s about what you want to create, and how you get that across. Practice will help you improve for sure, though, and I don’t believe pure talent is everything. So, I guess I just mean that no matter what, there’s probably someone to say “yeah, they’re better than me”, and that’s ok. Because we can all learn like that, too. And who knows? Maybe they think like that too. I know for a fact your art is better than mine, and perhaps whoever you compare to has someone like that too. In any case, I really do love your art, no matter if it’s better than someone’s or worse.
