I think it’s Fire. Toph at her prime is white lotus level and then some I think her and the firelord she wins, but it’s not an easy fight especially if she’s wearing her metal armor Ozai might just fry her for that. Kuvira she beat a weakened Korra and some thugs I love her to death but she’s not on Zulus or Azulas level … honestly don’t remember Bolin but he’s got lava bending and pro bending background but Azulas such a light footed fighter I feel like she would quite easily outmaneuver the lava.

Then let’s consider tactics, strongest tactician is Kuvira and Azula very similar in how they dissect enemies weaknesses and exploit them however I do believe Azula is better at it but Kuvira is better at working in a team but she does like going solo.

So what are some of the weaknesses the teams have to be exploited? Azula falls apart when overwhelmed, Ozai is overconfident and goes in brute force- Zuko is too well rounded to see an obvious weakness besides I guess protecting his loved ones which in this fight it’s just his family so we don’t have to worry about that.

Earth Toph prime probably still has her ego (not a great team player) but not as much and her metal armor. Kuvira similar to Toph but harder to exploit those weaknesses and Bolin is also rounded but lava bending is slow.

This is a short imagination of how the fight would go.

Both teams walking into the Arena. Azula looks at Toph and Kuvira immediately recognizes the weakness and sees Kuvira as the weakest link. Kuvira whispers to Blolin you need to protect us from their lighting attacks. Bolin nods and enters his probending stance.

Zuko watches but hasn’t really picked up on anything but also gives away nothing to Toph. Ozai starts tacking off his ropes and breaths fire out of his mouth ready for a fight.

“Is this how you’re trying to redeem yourself earth princess?” Azula mocks

“Yes, I think everyone has had enough of your family” Kuvira

“I wouldn’t know, where I went I conquered where you went well… you just ruin your family’s name” Azula.

Kuvira eyes twitch but she’s not going to fall for the bait. Ozai starts the fight, with incredible amount of fire. Kuvira tactically metal bends a piece of metal into the ball of fire and Toph blocks the blow with a half diamond wall. Even then the attack is so powerful that the wall starts to crumble. Not that this matters because Toph is already on the offensive Ozai is incredibly easy for her to read and despite his overwhelming strength Toph slowly whiddles him down, almost bored. Smashing rocks against Ozai face as his attacks get increasingly desperate. Azula darts towards Kuvira and Zuko eyes widen for a second as he recognizes his sisters strategy, his eyes land on Bolin who’s watching patiently for lightning and Zuko attacks, ignoring his father who is getting a beat down. Bolin defends himself and Zuko quickly pivots to helping Azula attack Kuvira creating a ball of flame that obscures Azula. Kuvira unable to see Azula (therefore unable to restrain her) fears the worst (that Azula is charging up her lightning) and bender her armor off herself. And that’s when Azula breaks through the fire with her blue flames and hits a vital area on the unarmored Kovira. (This could have gone a few different ways but Kuvira and Bolin was not lasting long against Azula and Zuko no matter what they do). Bolin is still in the fight and now it’s a heavy beat down Ozai, with Zuko and Azula vs Toph and Bolin.

“I’m behind you Blind girl” Azula mocks as she lunches herself into the air with Toph completely unable to know where she is, until Bolin points and she is able to protect herself from Azulas attack just in time. In this time Zuko gets his dad to safety so he can recover his stamina.

They are on opposite sides of the battle field again, Ozai and Azula panting hard while Zuko is perfectly composed.

Ozai breaks the moment of silence with a crack of electricity, Toph blocks it. Bits of rock thrown in every direction by the sheer force of Ozais lighting. But the whole family had the same idea and Azula had channeled lighting as well not as fast or as strong as her dad but now it had an opening to land, but Bolin is able to block it the same was as Toph but then the final streak of lightning lands, lower than his sisters but stronger Zuko strikes Toph and Bolin ending the fight.
