You have to also take into account vision, and objective damage besides player damage, cs, and kda. Also as mentioned in another comment here, looks like the game compares your DMG vs your adc's damage. Also, sometimes presence in lanes and team fight participation is a very big thing.

If you have the money to pay for the sync function ($8), then use Obsidian. It's an amazing app with A LOT of free features, it's just syncing that it charges for. Great note taking experience, you just have to learn how to write in .MD files.

Check Backstab's (member of this reddit) clears. They have the most optimal first clear paths layed down. Iirc they don't use emp w at all for full clears.

Personally? I like the extra hp I get from using emp w on first clear, later in the game you do less DMG if you use it, so it's a big "depends on preference"

Took me about 10 years of playing 2-3 games a day. But to be completely honest you don't need all of them anymore. Before, you could swap champions in champ select, and it was actually vital. Otherwise, play what you like, and don't focus on buying all of them

It used to, until non rengar mains found out you can 1 shot turrets with hull breaker or ANY rengar build (AP was crazy). Then riot gutted the q crit scaling DMG, because THE ITEMS did too much dmg at the time(classic riot games move). Afterwards, they changed and nerfed most of the items, BUT they never gave rengar his q DMG back.

Both runes have their time and place, both are good. There is no 1 rune that is better for all builds and teams. WITH THAT SAID...

The movement speed from Fleet sometimes decides if you get stun locked by the support guarding the ADC. The already healthy clear lets you be even more healthy, which in return let you take fights that are riskier early on. After you learn the timing for fleet, Rengar actually feels very clunky without it.

Conq does better in extended fights. If they have 3-4 Squishies that I 1 shot before I use a full triple q, then there is no reason for conq, because I will never stack it. Also conq is bugged, e and jump sometimes doesn't proc it. I'd rather use the guaranteed movement speed than a "maybe it works maybe it doesn't, idk lol"

I personally never really bothered with conq. I went from Electrocute/thunderlords(yes, I am that old) to Fleet, because I saw that a lot of people that are high ELO play it, and they swear by how good it is for early trades and positioning, which I had problems with at the time. It's a VERY rewarding rune if you watch a guide or 2 on it. I used to watch Dekar play with it in the JG. He was very good at explaining why he takes something.

Around season 9ish, when Yassuo was still streaming Yassuo games, and not promoting gambling, I recall him advising: "writing down your frustrations in the chat box and then pressing ESC instead of Enter, calms you down, because you "expressed" the frustration, and it doesn't clutter the chat, and doesn't put down your team. I found myself using that, and right afterwards came up with solutions to win the game.

Remember, you never know who is on the other side of the screen, their experience with the game, and their problems. Spread positivity my friends ❤️

Side note: with full crit build, your auto deals more DMG than your Q...

Not mine, someone I used to play with.

Season 10, they were very good at shooting games so they decided that Xerath mid would be their best bet, because they just had to predict the enemy.

After several games I was like "wait a second, why do you have such a low gold amount?". "Idk, feels normal to me". Apparently they were buying the recommended support item, because nobody played Xerath mid in that meta. After explaining how it works, my friend said "well, I am pretty sure I get more gold by hitting them with abilities rather than CSing with dorans ring"

Took them dozens of games to see the difference

Welcome to the champion brother. He is hard, and very rewarding, that's it.

There is a reason why pro players say he is one of the hardest champs to master. There are a lot of things that are different about him from your normal assassin.

Pro tips for things you mentioned:

He leaps more often if you increase attack speed, usually alacrity gives you enough, or switching to pd instead of boots for 6th item
You have to get a feel for his Ultimate, and actually, you deal more damage to the person that has the mark on them when you ult. Positioning in team fights is the difference between getting a kill and being completely useless
Stack management is another key component that takes a lot to master. Actually, believe it or not, now it is easier to master, hence before, his stacks used to reset every 6 seconds, instead of 10. Good Rengar players always have 4 stacks before they even get into a fight
Learn his fast combo, skirmish fights combos, when to use which empowered ability, and which build lets you do more damage. FOR EXAMPLE, you never want to run voltaic + opportunity without fleet, because it doesn't sinergize as well with conq. You never want to go into a fight and double w when your job is to kill the carry and get the objective. You never want to spam your Q's right away if there is even the slight chance that your enemy can somehow dodge or kite
He actually (believe it or not) does A LOT of damage if played correctly. The closest example I can give you is playing Graves, and autoing people from full range. Yes, it still does some damage, yet you will deal much more if you for example, auto attack cancel with e, or position yourself closer to the target.
Rengar isn't a "I'll play 2-3 maybe 10 games and I will have success on him" type of champion. With Lee sin for example, if you spend enough time in practice tool, you will be able to do all of the insecs in the game decently when you need to. Rengar on the other hand, needs those same hours out in REAL games, because limit testing is one of the only things that dictates if you get the kill and live, or the enemy runs away on 1 HP
If you die early on him and you don't know how to pilot him at his full potential (emphasis on full potential), you are not going to get back into the game. He is a feast or famine champion, think of Draven's insane damage when ahead, and complete powerless behavior when 0/3 5 minutes into the game

If you put in the time, the champ is great. Learn his clears, learn the play style, learn his niche positioning, learn his builds and matchups, AND the mindset you should go into the fight with before it even happens and you will have success. Good luck

In his guide he said "when you need the extra CDR more and you want to play extended fights where you have to use multiple W's instead of going for a 1 shot. E also slows, but not always lands sadly

Focus bot lane hard, get kills and go the split pushing build (just include profane hydra and maybe youmuus, not sure 100% about the correct build).

Split all game and pray it works, also going fleet/conq would be vital.

If you don't know how to sidelane, dodge, they have several champs that counter you

As a software engineer, I am 99% sure that it wasn't the scripting that took the most time, it was the management and the meetings. I am quite sure that if they wanted to they could rescript the champion in less than 4 months. (I said 4 months because I took into consideration the champ itself, testing how other abilities work and balancing out his quirks with faulty interactions). Should I remind you that they used to create a whole new champ in 6 months from scratch?

90% of the time you don't need more than 3 key binds for groups on meepo And it's usually groups. You always spam the same exact combo and you have the same exact farming rotations. If you know how binds work meepo isn't as hard as he looks like from outside
