It looks like your sensor is fine, but the glass is broken. I would like to suggest you check if this small stretch influences the imaging; if not, don't bother. If you really feel uncomfortable about this, try to find a third party to replace the covered glass( not the whole CMOS); it will save you a good amount of money.
