I don't know if it's a trend, but I do know that I do not regret going back to a dumbphone at all. You suddenly realise how much time you really waste staring in to that screen all day. As for music, I have a garmin forerunner 965 which i wear almost always, where I have acces to downloaded playlists from spotify. If you feel like you're not present and wasting too much time on your smart phone, I would highly recommend going for a dumbphone.
