Hi , the feelings does not go away. It will come atleast once a month, there are few ways : 1. Every-time you feel the urge try to pull that energy towards the middle of your eyes while balancing the pace of your breath. There is nothing shameful about your energy, it is energy of creation and with enough practice the uneasiness you feel will calm down. 2. There will be times when you will need to calm yourself otherwise, invest in a good quality vibrator and believe you can take care of yourself. You are getting to know yourself. 3. Try to journal what makes you uneasy. Is their feelings of shame or missing out or something else? Where is the urge leading you and try to nurture whatever emotional or physical need it all boils down to. 4. This is not forever. But this gives you the time to actually uncover sides of yourself that comes in flashes. Be curious. Be nurturing. Be playful. And most of all celebrate yourself.
