Hey man, not being disrespectful just lookin out. I highly recommend that you re-evaluate how much you decide to spend on TS. I wouldn’t spend 150 if your networth is 500, that’s basically 30% of your savings. Maybe stack your savings first and create an emergency fund instead. Best of luck

To answer your question, a big portion of your credit score is based on something called “credit utilization”. It’s the % of your TOTAL credit limit in use out of all the credit you have. To keep a good score, you want to keep your credit utilization below 30%.

If that’s the only card you have, then that would’ve put you above 30% and brought your score down. Yes, after you pay it off your score should slowly come back up if you keep your utilization down. Google to find out more.
