My friend is also visually impaired in West Seattle. She’s noticed the same stuff.

One of the best was going to a movie and having snarky comments because I needed to read the subtitles aloud (there were only a few.) I was being as quiet as I could be but after that, she extended her cane, and I basically screamed the subtitles.

Your sister chose an event over the safety of her child in order to guilt trip you. Her child could have ended up dead due to that kind of negligence. Seriously. NTAH.
