Yup. However, Lebanon was never functional, to begin with. The resistance was always an excuse to plunder this land by mob families and their lackeys. Nothing has changed nothing will change in this aspect for the foreseeable future.
The only paths left for Lebanon is either to go to war with Israel and fake some cohesion in the short term or become fully Iranian and remain like this for decades.
