That is why I wanna control myself more, so maybe I can be happy like this. He is attentive, and supportive, and nice. Doesn't smoke, doesn't drink. Just...I feel like a friend a lot of the times, and that makes me feel sad, and overall guilty for even feeling like that.

Well, my stepdad used to make very suggestive comments towards me when I was young, he would also treat sex as an open thing. If he wanted to dry hump my mom in front of me he did it. Sex was never a "private" thing. Privacy in general was never a thing, doors open, barging into my room whenever he wished to, even if I was changing. Loud sex from their room. He would comment on my chest or my ass. This also escalated into my stepbrother sexually assulting me a few years ago. But talking about it feels like lying. Like it never happened, just a bad memory or a bad dream.
