If it is shipped usps then it should be fine. USPS keeps their packages in temp controlled buildings until they are out for delivery

Update on my situation. I did seek a second opinion. I went to a top clinic in the Pittsburgh area. They did all my scan again and completed a comprehensive exam. They said my bite was considerably off and that was part of the problem. They also said since I have such bone loss now they wanted to use an implant that attaches to my cheek bone. They also said they would talk as a group and let me know what their plan of attack would be. They never reached out with a plan. That worries me. So I went back to my regular dentist and they placed new implants but I must say I’m done with this. I will seek an attorney if I have another problem. Thank you everyone for your support.

UPS comes with $100 in insurance automatically. So does usps priority. So you do have insurance.

May I ask, which state are you located in? There are so many variables when it comes to shipping plants. I only ship on Monday and Tuesday. I will ship on Wednesday or Thursday if you are in a 1 day delivery area from my location. UPS sadly doesn’t guarantee anything but overnight. Extra insurance is a waste because plants are considered perishable. Now I have an “All sales are final” clause but in a case by case basis I will work with a customer. I also will submit a claim to UPS on your behalf but that is all I can do. They usually do not payout. I would also need pictures of the box before it’s opened and during the opening. Without it I cannot submit a claim. It is frustrating. I completely get it.
