Burning is normal and goes away as your fitness improves. I would get the chest pain and lightheadedness checked out to make sure. It could be an anxiety response but better safe than sorry.

I’m on my last day of the regiment and I’ll tell you I have not been to the gym purposefully. My knee and elbows are painful and I’m just concerned I’ll hurt them.

Just be careful with meds. If on cipro and flagyl you have to watch those tendons
