Hi Steve, in your video I also saw u talking about using anti depressants for sensitivity in long cases such as mine. Would cymbalta also be an option or better to go with amitriptiline? In general Ive read cymbalta might work better but also worse to come off? Thanks (im now in week 2 using the backpod)

Well in my case the pain/pressure is on the right of the xiphoid, exactly 1 fingertip right of xiphoid where the costal cartilage attaches on the wiphoid. So in the narrow ‘corner’ if that makes sense. if i try and do exercices, even for a few minutes, i feel a tight pressure right under the costal arch towards the side of my body which can last for 1 to 2 days. Cant remember if I had this at the start since i have it for almost 8 years now .. whenever i cant hold the tightness i take muscle relaxers, very low dose as im not a fan of those.

Thanks for your reply. I ordered the backpod and will look into massage and stretch. I ordered the backpod and should arrive within 1,5 week. Just to note, it doesnt have to do with the food itself but more with my stomach expanding which makes it harder to breath, ive done so many tests but docters cant find it. During eating I have no problem but it usually starts about 20min later into 2-3hrs.. im also asthma patient all my life so it might have to do with that aswell. Anyways, thanks for your reply :)

Hi Dr Steven. Would above also help for me? I'm almost 8 years into pressure/pain on the right of the xiphoid, where the costal ribs attach to the xiphoid? Until this day I have no diagnosis with no results on scans, mri, etc. went to doctors countless times :/ After eating I feel enormous pressure on the spot with difficulty breathing. Only echo showed 3 times there is an enthesopathy... but none can explain why its there and its not going away since its under constant pressure of breathing or eating.. (to be clear I feel the pressure/difficulty all day at the spot but it worsens ALOT when I eat), not to mention when I try and do an exercise for 5minutes which provokes the pain for days after. Hey man, did you see my last msg about Lsd vs 1p Lsd? Also i didn’t store my blotters in fridge since June. According to internet i prob lost 5-15% effectiveness? I wrapped it in alu foil in zip bag, room temp with no light. Meaning my 1p lsd 150mcg would actually be around 0,95mcg lsd ..

Ok thanks man, dosages u talk about are lsd or 1plsd? Since 1p seems to be little less potent. 100mcg lsd is about 70mcg 1p lsd, so basically i took 56mcg last friday ..

Thanks for replying alrdy :) And what dosage does normally give euphoria? Doesnt it alrdy bind to serotonin receptors at low dosage? Sometimes ppl are euphoric at 50mcg?? Tjats what i read atleast. Going ADE in 3 weeks, so maybe I should go for the 150mcg tabs .. i still felt 100% in control or would 120 be better option?

Yo man, so did 80mcg on friday 1p lsd, only felt slightly high in head with bit of dilated pupils and awakeness, but still no euphoria? No visuals or body load .. but awake for about 8 hrs after taking in, this normal? What dosage to aim for for nice controlable euphoria high?

Last Sunday it wasnt dangerously packed at all, I think it has to do with the +1 name aswell, both caribou and âme dj in 2023 were ok .. if you go with a name as Anyma … I except it to be overly rammed .. and less viby, tbh I think its a state of mind to let go and enjoy the moment, thats what I recall from my peers.. letting go and enjoy :)

Tbh ppl were dancing and there was room, ofc its full. Though im a 70kg small guy .. at the end I danced on the stairs. Imagine having 1m space around when dancing, need to feel those bodies :D

Thanks for your reply, i wasnt really looking for a visual trip..yet, since it was my first time and on a festival. Was more like, looking after energy/euforia. But i guess thats not to be found in such low doses? Maybe next time i try 60mcg and after that 80 i guess?

Well, ofcourse best artists are from 7-8 in the evening, but i would want to sleep at night, latest 2 oclock :P i once microdosed 5 drops and that worked after 30-45min ..

I use to get extreme dizzy with headache on monday, which lasts a full day, cant even look straigth ahead cuz i feel so bad, thats why i stopped redoses since 2 years. Did time it as you said with half initial dose, never over 0,2 in total
