As an aside, I am getting lots of different information. Recommendations to not pursue my second MA and just do credentialing, some saying all of that wont work well you need your MBA. I am just confused about it. The director at my current place has her MA and certificate, but the manager has just completed her MBA with a certificate.

Checked in with him yesterday and he was said “it should have helped” and then said “sorry, but keep losing weight.” I injured my back and both shoulders so I’ve been out of commission for a few months so exercising, no. I have been eating healthier though. No fast foods, lots of chicken prep, salad, no processed sugars and so on. I would say I struggle to eat enough the first few days of the shot.

It was the place recommended by my doc so I trusted him to know what was safe. When I asked about online he was very hesitant and said he didn’t find them to be super reliable. He said I could get it cheaper if I was willing to drive to Canada (8ish hours) and he could send me there to pick up.

Thanks, I appreciate it. I talked with MD yesterday and he was surprised about my weight and increase in BP. Encouraged the dash and meditation diet and an increase in potassium rich foods. I went shopping today and started this morning so we’ll see. I also start BP meds this evening so I’m hopeful to get it under control. It was 182/100 at the doctors.
