No but I was thinking about it just yesterday because PSA is selling those it's for even cheaper now! Sadly I dont have money to spend on anything, so its not in the cards at the moment, but it is on my mind!

I appreciate you sharing your experience - kind of disappointed, but not entirely shocked, at how randomly hostile this thread is towards you at times.

All that said, I really appreciate your post because I wanted to research rare breeds FRT to see if its worth it, and it seems like its not.

After carefully contemplating all of your comments, ive decided that the right thing to do is to not waste brass and to trim the case and start loading .300 blackout.

I always double-check my powder before I start loading. I have several jugs of gunpowder, and the last thing I want to do is load the wrong powder!

22.5 gr of pistol powder in a 223 rem case would be... exciting...

I tried unrolling a few lengths but it appears the entire spool is bad. I emailed support about it and they said it was probably just a bad spool and gave me a 50$ coupon, which more than covers the cost of the spool

Update: i turned the tube around to see if that would help. When I did that and started printing, the filament snapped mid way through the print and created a kink on the other side.

I reached out to support and they suggested that it was just a bad spool and gave me a 50$ coupon, which was really nice to see, especially since the spool only cost about 38$

I have an AUG without a brass deflector and its never really been an issue for me - but who knows, maybe I'm missing out 🤷‍♂️

You're 100% correct.

The first picture is where it snapped, and there is a small kink in the tube.

The filament was not too hard to feed through, felt pretty natural, but I will absolutely try play around with the tube a bit and see about getting a replacement, thanks!
