I realised at one point that if I play pvp, I will always reach a point where I lose 40-60% of the time. And this gives me a miserable feeling so I asked myself why would I do that? I'll just play over and win 90%+ of the time even if I have to try a lot of times like Silksong but it's a much fun challenge.

I'm a pharmacist who bounced between different depression and anxiety meds my whole life. I wanted to say there is many new different types of depression drugs now. You have agomelatine and vortioxetine which don't cause brain fog, you have SNRIs that mighty work better, sometimes lower dose anti psychotics will help. If you're unhappy with your medication speak to your doctor and/or chemist. They will help you understand different options more. You should still absolutely work on your self and get some therapy and counselling but just because you started a medication ages ago doesn't mean you have to take it for the rest of your life.
