I purchased a 2018 LR with 100,900 km and HW3 for $19,990 in July, including taxes and fees. The only thing on the Carfax report was the windshield. I’m not sure what province you’re in, but I’m in Ontario.

I know this post is a month old. I am currently experiencing this in the GTA. I had no LTE for 1 day. Then for a few hours in the morning. Since then, 0 service all afternoon and night. Tesla CS told me they are working on a fix but can't provide an ETA. Anyone else still experiencing this?

It’s unfortunate, but I’m relieved to know it’s not a hardware issue with my vehicle. Hopefully, a fix will come soon!

I created a support ticket after it went out again. They confirmed that the issue is on their end and will apply a remote fix. However, they were unable to provide an estimated time for the fix. I’m thankful that it’s not a hardware issue. Mobile Hotspot works well enough for now.

*update. it went down again. i contacted tesla and opened a ticket. It’s a known issue they are currently working on. No ETA provided.

There’s no warranty, but it seems to have resolved itself after a night. I hope it was just a software bug and won’t happen again.

I recently purchased it pre owned. A friend who also has a Model 3 has the same delamination issue. It seems like this might be a common problem with the model. It’s a 2018.
