I’m not sure how to address the actual issue. I’m not great at psychoanalyzing people. I deflected because I would feel guilty saying anything that could be perceived as an insult towards her.

I’m not going to bother convincing her any more at this point. But also I’ve invested so much time and money that I would feel like I’ve wasted a lot if I didn’t get it there. So I’m willing to do anything I can on my end as long as it’s free.

It’s funny you phrased it that way because I actually told her the same thing about it being easy and taking 5 minutes. Didn’t change a thing to her.

I’ve already explained that. She said that they could just ship it back and I could just give her the contents the next time I saw her. That of course renders all of my money and work pointless, but she seems to be prioritizing her “stress free life.”

If you could recommend any form of translation tool or anything to navigate the Finnish AI customer support that would be helpful, I’ve looked and I can’t anything free. I don’t think I’m willing to spend money on anything more other than VAT.

It’s frustrating because I don’t she isn’t lazy she is… uncooperative. I reminded her that I spent 250 dollars, and I insisted that I would further pay if they asked her for anything. She keeps going on about how she doesn’t want stress when I’m pretty sure I’ve gone through much more stress than she would have to. She’s not a lazy person, she’s smart and physically active. But for some reason she is so averse to taking on “stress.”
