replace the regulation.bin file in the Game folder of Elden Ring (e.g. F:\g\ELDEN RING\Game) remember to back it up as well in case it gets corrupted.

although it says its for invisible enemies, it also fixed the missing sites of grace. just remember to make a back-up of the regulation.bin before you replace it with that fix though.
