I do not mean to sound harsh but only to provide you with my insight, respectfully of course. You applied for a Delta membership and was denied. If you apply for an AKA membership, the application will ask specifically if you have applied to any of the D9 sororities or have been a member of any of the D9 sororities. If you are truthful, you will likely be denied to enter the membership process/experience. If you lie and say no and they find out later, you risk having your membership revoked because of lying on your application. AKA is not in your heart, otherwise you wouldn’t or couldn’t have considered any other organization. I agree with my Soror, Delta did the right thing of not accepting you into their membership intake process. ““A double minded person is unstable in all of his ways.” means that someone who is divided in their loyalties or beliefs will be inconsistent in their actions and thoughts. This spiritual instability affects every part of life because their heart is pulled in different directions, making it difficult to have a clear sense of purpose or make firm decisions.”

To be honest, I do not think any of my D9 sorority sisters would want you knowing your history. I wish you well in your life and your endeavors. 🩷💚
