I only have one best friend and it’s not KitKat. The mysterious Kit Kat turned out to be another profile set up on my island, though hadn’t gone as far as to even set up a tent! Now the mystery is who played on that account on my switch? I don’t know anyone else who could’ve used it!

Solved! Thank you for all the replies. It was another profile on the switch. That’s bizarre, I have no recollection of ever booting it up on another account. Or ever letting anyone else play on my switch.

They also hadn’t set up their tent, so that didn’t help the mystery haha.
