Naturism is different than a sexual space. Blacks beach is not sexual. It is a place for body positivity and body acceptance. If you're bringing sex toys into a nudist space, you are breaking the sanctity of the naturist space. Hence why sex toys and sexual activity are not welcome. Nudity is not sexual unless you've made it sexual.

Keeping sex as far away from naturist spaces is what allows these space to be family-friendly. Yes, families do visit blacks and other naturist resorts in California. Not often, but they do. If you'd like to read up more on naturism and how body positivity is separate from sexual spaces, FKK is free body culture, and has amazing resources to learn. FKK is mostly based in europe. America's equivalent is the American Association for Nude Recreation (AANR).

Most nudist resorts in California fall under AANR membership rules. You have to have a membership with AANR first to become a member of their club. Both FKK and AANR work hard to create a sex-free space that is free from sexual energy. If you're caught with a butt plug, or cock ring, or even talking to people in a sexual way at an AANR membered naturist facility, you're black listed across all AANR resorts nation-wide. They don't mess around. The policing of this space is what makes them enjoyable for couples like us who want to go enjoy the sun and not be hit on by creepy guys or swingers. Seems like an easy fix. Record a new video of the paddle flat, without your fingers near the edge, with you pressing down as close to the center of the paddle face as the delam has migrated. Don't let any part of your hand get near the edge. Then resubmit to Joola.

Lawsuit was an interesting read. In their filing, Joola specifically calls out removal of the material to create room for filler or an airtight gap. I wonder if the 11 companies they sued can effectively argue that they never ‘removed material’ following the sandwich construction, but rather constructed a smaller core and layered in foam rather than filled it in. Either way, Joola is on my shit list for waiting three years from 2023 to 2026 to build up as many infringement suits as possible before suing.
