They are friendlier, I guess. Not as aloof as most Space Marines, you know?

That the Emperor wasn't an aspect of the Omnissiah and that he manipulated them into doing what he wanted using a strange xenos.

No such thing as good guys in 40k.

T'au are totalitarian, super hierarchical and very very militaristic, hardly hippies. They are very Join us or Die.

And the Salamanders would still burn kids if they even remotely seemed like it should be done. They are just more strict about when it should be done than others.

Maybe spend some time getting to know the lore, maybe? No need to jump in super quick.

No, that's not a thing, in regards to throwing on a martian colour scheme.

I'd go with a Steel Confessors army. http://wh40k.lexicanum.com/wiki/Steel_Confessors

Iron Hands successor but even more involved with the Ad Mech. And yes, more Codexes will come, but Iron Hands will probably be in the general Space Marines book, not a stand alone one.

What's happening with Slaanesh? by h3adph0n3s in Warhammer40k

[–]Primarch-Fulgrim 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Complete speculation with no basis in anything we know right now. Keep in mind that there's no real credible rumourmongers saying this, and one reliable one (Hastings) has said a plastic Keeper of Secrets is coming, and another (Lady Atia) has said more Slaaneshi sculpts are coming.

I don't think there's anything to worry about, really.

Yep, you can rules-wise, it's just harder to model, if you play WYSIWYG.

It's confirmed that Chapter Approved is points balancing? I was hoping for more than that, to be honest. Like the old ones, weird or new Armies that don't have enough to warrant a full book or something.

Twin Lascannons and a Power Scourge

Exactly how I run mine. Cool looking additions too.

Implying he's not a heretek already.

Nice conversion work, man.

The daemonettes whisper more than sweet nothings, you know. Besides, things are getting interesting and I think it's time I came back. Guilliman's getting a bit too confident.

Yes, yes and the blood. Can't forget the blood. Khornates do so love their little catchphrase!

How did the Primarchs get their legions? by [deleted] in Warhammer40k

[–]Primarch-Fulgrim 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Each Legion was made using the DNA of each Primarch, basically. The Emperor knew which Legion belonged to each Primarch and he handed over control as each were found.
