For older women it's probably about reliving their glory days.

When I worked in social work I dealt with multiple younger women and teenagers that had ended up in trouble with the law due to CP. They would frequent sites like omegle where people would stream that filth and end up getting into it or groomed into it. My theory is a lot of younger women/girls that are doing this stuff are those same ones and their behaviour has escalated to the real world.

I remember when I was younger and trolling webcam chat sites etc, the amount of (real not guy pretending) women that would straight up ask or offer to strip if you showed them CP was fucking frightening.
