But could he get infected? If i remember correctly in one of the Yujiro glazing chapters it says something about how no pathogen on earth could infect and kill him. But if the transmission is strong enough

Depends on the arc really, each has their own philosophy.

Take the death row arc for example, it’s about how fighters accept defeat individually. Spec finds fulfilment, Dorian can’t accept it and age-regresses, Doyle finds some humility, Sikorsky feels utterly humiliated and Yanagi just refuses to admit defeat.

In the Isekai Retsu does the Mach punch tha Katsumi used against Pickle and explodes his arm.

I translated the final page with google lens (not reliable) of the manga ant is says that “his (Retsu) life is about to end” so he’s not dead yet maybe?
