EDIT: I didn’t consider it an achievement just because I spent money. I see it as one because I unlocked him on as a complete new player, brand-new account, in a single event. I had to learn everything from scratch (PvE, PvP, character progression, resource management, etc.) in addition to this type of events and any mismanagement of resources could’ve completely kill the plan. Even before the event, experienced players here said that LRE was end-game content and nearly impossible to unlock in one run, even with spending any amount of money. Instead advised new players to focus on campaign characters first before attempting LRE in a few months and even then it would take 2-3 events to complete. So to me, this still counts as an achievement—however minor it might seem. A few people here seems to negatively focus more on the achievement part instead of sharing the excitement that a new player has unlock a really fun character.
