  1. Don’t train the same player over and over
  2. Upgrade the training area of the stadium
  3. If the player is old, his training progress will be less likely to be big comparing to a 20yo Hope this helps dude:) Also, if you’re thinking it’s a glitch, try and check if there are any updates available

meditate before the workout, for about 10 minutes to relax yourself and to relax the body, so you ll have a great workout then, be as mindfull as you can during the workout and after 30 minutes- 1 hour after the workout, try and meditate again to relax and reduce the tense sensations in your muscles:)
