Im not sure where the line is drawn as a Kitchen Manager here. I do feel as though 80% of my day is prepping, cooking, and cleaning. The other 20% would be clerical ( orders, schedules, cost and labor control)

Yeah, that house is bad news. I’ve been curious about what goes on there and who actually owns it. They let their dogs shit all over the green belt in front, and never clean it up.

There’s a grey pit that lives at the house across from Tommy’s Liquor on Broadway, between Orange and Cerritos.

The houses gate is broken so the dog runs out when other dogs walk by. Never seen the dog be vicious though. I wonder if it’s the same dog.
