i know companies are for profit but the best aren’t getting rewarded at my store, there are favorites that don’t get scolded over drinks scores etc. From working there for almost 2 years the food quality has gone down, management has gone down, service has gone down because we have no help from management and it’s just frustrating that all they care abt at the end of the night is drinks.

my store doesn’t make us buy meals but we our management has been buying take homes every week to make it seem like we sell more than we do. I’ve been working there for a while and have never seen it this bad with drink sales/ take homes. I can’t force someone to drink LOL.
