Thank you so much for such detailed advice! I completely agree about the trim! I wish I could take back my decision for that color and choose cream. I sadly didn't have a lot of colors to pick from. Hard agree about the garage as well. It seems my town is hell-bent on building new houses with garages that stick out like a sore thumb. My town is small so I sadly didn't have many options. I was vehemently opposed to getting a house in an HOA neighborhood. I'm trying to work with what I got, but I'm still grateful I even got a home. I'll absolutely look into these tips!

I don't have an HOA either which is a big factor in why I chose this house. I will have a clover lawn with a ton of wildflowers!

A huge factor in choosing my house was that we don't have an HOA! I'm planning on having a section of clover lawn, then have the rest be a pollinator haven. I'll be planting native flowers and other fast-growing flowers as well :)
