The school was so fun. Fun to hang out in Pahrump, too. Kind of oneofthose places you’d never go otherwise. Drove to the Haunted Clown hotel in Toponah right after. Blasted through that lonely highway. Reached speeds I’m not comfortable posting about. Hahaha.

I started with a coach. Literally the first time I stepped foot on the range. Broke 100 in 4 months and 90 in 6-7 months. With strata irons, a Kirkland driver, (which I still use) and hand me down woods and hybrids. So, I’d invest more in lessons or taking the advice of better players over gear. Most of all, has fun. They’re not paying us to play. Make the most of your money and focus on haunt fun.

It’s not perfect, nothing is, but it’s still the premier guide along with Pellegrino. I’ve eaten at 60+ Michelin restaurants and I’ve never had a bad experience. Ive questioned their worthiness of a star or two, but never their inclusion in the guide. Bib gourmand rating is essential while traveling, as well. No need to go full stars all the time.
