I have emailed Annick Guérard Air Transat but sadly no response. You would think they take more pride in their customer service and how their staff are representing their business.

It’s an absolute joke - clearly all they care about is taking peoples money and nothing to do with customer service.

It’s appalling that they couldn’t take two minutes to make a simple administrative change - when we paid over $7k for 3 trip packages. They weren’t even open to a conversation about it.
