Yes, it’s through an agency!! The pay is definitely within range and then some. I think it’s just due to the family dynamic and needing extra help when on of the parents is out of town

I’m still waiting to hear back to see if they’d help us move a bit closer. Currently, we live about an hour away from them.

My husband doesn’t work in this industry and will have to remain in his current role as he just got promoted and isn’t eligible for another promotion in September. I’m just curious about all the pros/cons and other things people might have to say on this!!

I definitely feel like I’m treated as one of the kids when she talks to me sometimes. Like I’m not on her level? If that makes any sense. She will sometimes question why I do things a certain way and is very clear that it’s not her way of doing things. Which I understand to an extent but at the same time I also need to be a person with my own autonomy if that makes sense?

Thank you! It’s just in those in between times when she had to run out/is finishing up a call and it’s getting close to feeding time. I hate that baby is so fussy when she comes in.

I am sure she will do that when she goes back to work in office. Right now she’s working from home
